主要内容: Future global 5G (5G+) wireless systems are expected to constitute an ultra-dense wireless network that aims at providing wide-ranging and ubiquitous services for every mobile user and IoT device associated with the network. Explicitly, radio access in such systems faces a lot of technical challenges. In this talk, we address the main challenges of radio access in ultra-dense wireless systems, and explore a range of technical solutions suitable for multiple access and multiuser detection in such systems. The advantages, disadvantages and the challenges for practical implementation of these optional techniques will be emphasized. We conclude the talk by discussing the further challenges and the open problems for research and development.
